Help the globe 'go Google.'? Google's Enterprise teams work with schools, companies and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile and collaborative by using Google cloud computing to get their work done. As an Enterprise Partner Business team member, you drive the Google Enterprise business relationship with key partners by analyzing partner business performance, identifying methods of increasing partner and Google returns, selling ideas to and identifying opportunities within partners, and coordinating across Google departments/groups to deliver on opportunities. You love your customer-facing role, jumping at the chance to engage with customers, provide them seamless support and keep them with Google. Responsibilities:
Perform inbound (some outbound, and with partners) using phone, email and chat. Customer demand generation, responding to incoming customer inquiries regarding their business needs for Google Enterprise products.Work with marketing to design product and region specific marketing campaigns and messages to drive interest.Drive a revenue number, forecast accurately and over achieve sales targets by leading customers through a sales cycle.Monitor customer feedback and translate customer needs into a better overall product experience.Work with cross-functional partners to improve the product's vision and drive growth initiatives. Drive programs within your market to encourage new partner adoption and productivity. Minimum qualifications:
BA or BS Degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.) Preferred qualifications:
Sales experience with strong understanding of Google messaging and collaboration products.Master and maintain strong knowledge of market needs, competition and latest industry news and trends.Strong communication skills and a data-driven analytical approach towards solving complex challenges.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a desire to drive valuable and positive change for a rapidly growing team and business.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in the language you would support (French or Spanish).
